About ᛜ Jorge E. Guerrero
Cornell-trained hospitality executive and consultant. Based in Costa Rica. Working across Latin and North America in operations, M&A, and growth.
Jorge is a hospitality executive and consultant with twelve years of commercial and operational work across Latin and North America. He founded Inguz Hospitality to bring institutional-grade rigor to operators, developers, and investors who don't always have it in-house.
Most recently, he led the back-to-back acquisitions and consolidation of Naya Homes and Vacasa Mexico — one of the most ambitious short-term rental consolidations in Latin America in recent years. Earlier work includes regional commercial leadership at Vacasa, independent consulting for hotel groups and real estate developers, and a foundation in supply chain and business transformation at Procter & Gamble.
Born and based in Costa Rica, Jorge holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration, and is most useful when invited in early.
